Anxiety disorder – what are the symptoms I could experience? So glad you asked. There are so many symptoms that you could experience with any one of these anxiety disorders. Here are a few but it is definitely not the whole list of these debilitating symptoms.
*Heart palpitations that are often accompanied by a tight feeling in your chest and shortness of breath.
*Everything seems to be racing. Your thought are obsessive and your mind is racing and you often times can’t sit still for any amount of time. From these racing thoughts you could also experience a problem sleeping.
*The most common are the feelings of fear, panic and uneasiness which can lead to feeling nauseous and dizzy.
Is There Anything That Can Help?
Although there may not be any anxiety treatment  to completely rid you of your anxiety symptoms there are always things that can help you cope with what you are going through.
There are a variety of medications that can help with your diagnosed anxiety disorder. These drugs are more often than not only used for the short term when helping with anxiety disorders.
Drugs That Can Help You Cope Up With The Situation
They are technically known as benzodiazepines, more commonly known as tranquilizers. Dosage amounts are based on your body and your disorder but don’t worry, you are not going to take a pill and fall over like you have been hit in the butt with a dart gun. These medications slow your body’s functions down a little so you don’t feel as tense; it is more of a euphoric or mellow feeling after taking these.
An Alternative May Be Going For A Therapy
Therapy is always someone’s best bet. Now I am not preaching by any means but in order for someone to completely be in control of their disorder they have to know where it may have stemmed from. If you have been through a traumatic experience that may have triggered your anxiety then it is best to talk to someone who may be able to help you sort out why and what is going on.

If you aren’t comfortable talking with someone you could possibly try another outlet. Yoga is a very relaxing activity that helps you learn to control your breathing, writing, drawing, running, all of these could help calm a persons system.
